Book your shoot:

There are several options you can choose from for a shoot in Edsger's studio in Monrovia, CA 91016 (about ten miles east of Pasadena, or about thirty minutes from DTLA). The Arcadia and Monrovia metro stations (Gold Line) are also near.

Studio Shoots • A studio session with Edsger to create his unique style of beautifully lit headshots can be booked for $200 for the first hour of studio time. It includes 10 retouched images which you can select at the end of the session from the high-resolution originals. Extra time, for instance to allow for full-length fashion looks, can be added for $100 per hour. Each extra hour includes 5 additional retouched images. Additional retouched images can be added to any shoot for $10 each.

The selected images are send to you via emal typically within a few days of the shoot.

Digitals • A 30 minute shoot of industry standard digitals for agency submissions is $100. This includes six beautiful but unretouched images against a white background with front, back and three-quarter looks. You can select the images from a larger set: as many as we can create within the available time. You'll receive the images the same day as the shoot. This option can also be added to other packages. Additional (unretouched) images can be added for $5 per image.

E-Commerce Full-day and half-day rates for special projects are available. Edger's full-day rate, with up to 8 hours of studio time is $1,500, and include all full-resolution images from the shoot (in CR2 or tiff format) available for download within one day from the shoot. Selected retouched images at standard resolution can be added for $10 each.

A few more details.

If you prefer a golden hour shoot at Hollywood Beach, or are just closer to Oxnard than Monrovia, you can also book a shoot at Edsger's (somewhat smaller) Oxnard Studio.
If you book your shoot at least one week in advance we can provide a MUA (makeup artist) for an additional $90.
You can order prints of selected photos from any shoot, for up to one year from the date of a shoot. High quality retouched, unframed, 8x10" prints are $25 each. Signed prints are $50 each. Larger prints, and framed prints, are also available at an extra cost (due to the use of outside print labs). Feel free to ask about available options.

Our Guarantee:

You will receive your final retouched photos within one week of the shoot.
Actors and models have said that the quality of even the unprocessed photos you can see on the monitors during the shoot far exceeds that of retouched photos they receive from other professional studios. It hasn't ever happened yet, but if you end up not liking any of the images at the end of the shoot, your next session is free.

Payments:

You can lock-in a date for a shoot by making a $50 deposit via paypal or venmo. Full payment is due at the end of the shoot itself.
